How to Book, Manage, and Enter a Lesson

This tutorial is for both Desktop and Mobile users

To Book a Lesson

• Go to Book a Lesson page.

• Choose the service you like. There are two options with every service.

1. Book an Individual lesson

An Individual lesson is a one time lesson and one time payment.

• Select the date and time (this will be in your timezone) and click on Book Your Class!

• Fill in and review your details and click on Book Now.

• Continue through the check out process and that is it! You will be sent an email confirming your booking!

 

2. Buy a Plan

​ A pricing plan is a package of 4, 8 or 12 lessons that can be used anytime so there is no worry about committing to the number of lessons per week (For example you can buy the 2 lessons per week package and book all lessons in one week).

• ​Select the plan that you prefer.

• Continue through the check out process. You will be sent an email confirming your booking.

• Now you can click on continue booing, select the date and time and book you next classes (the number of remaining lessons will show up like in the picture below).

Entering a Class

All classes are conducted in Google meet you can find the link after booking the lesson in ​the My Bookings page or in the email that will be sent to you. Click the link and then click on ask to join.

​

Rescheduling and Cancelling a Class

You can reschedule or cancel a class by going to My Bookings and click on Manage.

Note that you can not Reschedule or cancel a class 12 hours before the class time. If you will not show up then just let me know via chat.
